Experience:
The filter vs. field names is a bit confusing, because we have:
  1. field "Status" -> includes 3 groups (Status/Validation/Processing) with their subgroups
  2. filter "Status" -> Completed - Aborted - Abandoned
in the older RL it was practical to have fields/filter that differentiated between the survey status (FR - what's happening on the field) and review (Data lab - what we did with the the data)

Feature change request:
A. table fields
1. field "Status" to show only (Completed - Aborted - Abandoned...etc.)
2. field "Validation" to show (Accepted - Rejected - Pending...etc.)
3. (maybe) field "Processing" to show (Processed...etc.)
B. filter options: to follow the new table fields
