I created a new project but couldn't find it in the organization page. I tried refreshing the page but same result, then tried logging out then in and still couldn't find it. so I tried creating the project again with the same name but got an error that the name of the project has to be unique.

Historical context: I was Admin before having my role changed to Owner to be able to create projects.
