Adding a rectangular terminal creates a trapezium not a rectangle

when creating a rectangle, the left side has an inclination as shown in the image.

the result was the same when I tested created the rectangle by adding the first point in different locations in Egypt and the world and by dragging the mouse to different directions horizontally and vertically.

not able to replicate but maybe it's just a visual disortation due to the map being tilted

ibrahim Mohammed Thanks for explaining. I tried again and it seems that the default map view when we open the page (Network Model --> Terminals --> Add Terminal) is tilted
(attached image 1 is what it looks like by default, and when I clicked on the arrow to the right it became a rectangle (attached image 2)
p.s. if I refresh the page and draw a terminal again it shows a trapezium once again.

As a user it was a bit confusing because it gives the sense of drawing it incorrectly or that the tool has bugs. 
I think to fix this maybe we can make sure that the default map view in Network Model is not tilted.
